Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
Return Process
- Email us at hello@foreverprintco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
